Challenge

The challenge wasn’t just visual consistency. It was commercial clarity at scale. Sales and marketing teams needed a unified story that could:

Role: Commercial creative lead - responsible for narrative alignment, sales‑ready assets, template systems and rollout governance across brand, marketing and sales enablement.

Solution:

I led the rebrand from concept to rollout, designing a bold, distinctive visual system engineered for sales and GTM use. Alongside core brand assets, I delivered a full ecosystem of commercial materials - pitch decks, case studies, launch kits, event assets and templates. Designed to help teams communicate value clearly and consistently in revenue conversations.

To enable scale, I built modular templates with clear usage rules so regional teams could create sales and launch materials quickly, without diluting the story or quality.
