Project Overview

INSTANDA needed a modern, distinctive identity to match product maturity and expansion into EMEA and North America. I created a bold new visual system, delivered a full marketing asset ecosystem, and developed scalable templates for regional teams to execute consistently.

Role: Lead + hands-on (identity system, rollout, templates & governance)

Challenge:

Reposition a fast-growing SaaS brand to reflect product maturity and global expansion - and remove bottlenecks by enabling the marketing team (and regional stakeholders) to create consistent, on-brand content without heavy design support.

Solution:

Led the rebrand from concept to rollout, defining a bold, distinctive visual system (dynamic shapes, confident typography, vivid palette) designed to work across digital, print, events and motion.

Delivered a complete asset ecosystem to enable the team end-to-end: brand guidelines, logo suite, iconography, website hero imagery, paid/organic social templates, motion storyboards, event stand artwork, case studies, whitepapers and PR launch kits.

To make the rebrand stick (and scale), I built a modular template system with clear usage rules - allowing teams to create on-brand content at speed, and keep quality consistent as output volume increased.
